Favorite Actors of All Time

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This is fun! Here's mine:

1. Johnny Depp - Very creative and works hard. Looking forward to his movie with Christian Bale:. He's gonna play as John Dillinger.

2. Mel Gibson - From chick flicks to war movies to controversy. This dude can play.

3. Will Smith - Still dreaming what could have been if he accepted NEO's role in The Matrix instead of the Wild Wild West. :chuckles:

4. Jim Carrey - IMO, he's the only one who can pull off a great comedy without heavily relying on slapsticks.

5. Danny Ocean's Crew in the Ocean's Movies - Dry humor, very witty, great chemistry in that group. A funny bunch of guys who in reality have made their names in Drama. (Except maybe B'Mac)

Honorable mention: Daniel Craig - IMO I still think he's the best Bond. Get's dirty, very gritty. I just can't buy the thought of a British Secret Agent gunslinging all over town, crashing his Alfa Romeo, and comes out in a suit with no wrinkle on it anymore.

1. Leo D
2. Tom Hanks
3. Mark Wahlberg (last couple of movies have been suckin though)
4. Depp
5. Denzel

I always get called gay when I say he's my favorite actor, so I'm happy that at least a few of you guys feel the same way as me.

1. Christopher Walken (He never ever failed me in his movies, he alone makes bad movies good)
2. James Woods (there's something about the way he acts, he just overall kicks ass)
3. Denzel Washington (need I say more?)
4. Will Smith (the actor of this generation, highly versatile)
5. Gary Oldman (never saw his name anywhere wth?)

HM: Simon Pegg (he still got a long way to go), Thomas Haden Church (very convincing in Spiderman 3, unbelievable and underrated), Forest Whittaker and Dennis Quaid (imho both are grossly underrated), Jason Statham (he might kill me if I didn't include him in at least in my HM list).

I'm proud of my list. A mix of old timers and youngins. :D

I'll just add a movie or 2 i liked with them in it after their name..

1. Chris Farley (R.I.P.) - Tommy Boy is probably my favorite movie of all time. (Tommy Boy and Black Sheep)
2. Adam Sandler - Pretty funny in almost every movie I've seen him. (Happy Gilmore, Bulletproof, Billy Madison)
3. Mark Wahlberg - I like his style, his characters are usually pretty B.A. (Shooter, Four Brothers)
4. Will Smith - So versatile, He can do almost anything, and do it very well. ( I Am Legend, Persuit of Happyness, Seven Pounds, Hitch, Bad Boys, Bad Boys 2, Independence Day)
5. Nick Swardson - Just putting him in here for his performance in Grandma's Boy, which is one of the funniest movies i've ever seen, check out his stand up btw. (Grandma's Boy, he's in Reno 911 a lot lol, and Blades of Glory)

My list isn't great, but those are the people who usually make me laugh or that I can tell is a very good actor, based usually off of how versatile they can be..

Really my top 5 could be flipped around alot. I like any of these guys movies, if they are init, I will watch it, The Departed was a Fav because of Caprio and Wahlberg, not to mention that bad ass ending.

Denzel in Training day was awesome as well. Tom Hanks is usually good and most of his movies are at least decent.

With Depp it's hit and Miss, some of hs movies I love (other shit though where in sings in that Barber movie are not my cup of tea)

I forgot completely about Christian Bale, he's in my top 5 too. From Dark Knight to American Psycho to THE MACHINIST (A MUST SEE JUST SO YOU CAN SEE HOW DEATHLY SKINNY THIS DUDE GOT)

Thought about putting Walken and Oldman on mine as well. I LOVE Christopher Walken, just because there's noone else like him. Gary Oldman is in my favorite "horror" movie of all time in Bram Stoker's Dracula and he is an absolutely perfect Dracula.

If anyone hasn't seen Bram Stoker's Dracula before then you absolutely have to go see it. The costumes alone are unbelievable.

James Woods is a great pick, and even did a Family Guy episode.

There's way too much Will Smith and Adam Sandler being thrown around in this thread. Will in his Fresh Prince days is definitely my ish... but dude's an egomaniac who's only accepted "me against the world" roles his last 10 films. Sandler hasn't been funny since Happy Gilmore. :gap:
