Freddie Kitchens: vaguely employed

With all these firings it makes me wonder if Kitchens thinks he can do better or didn't get along with his coworkers.

I am assuming he gets along with everyone based off of his personality. But who on the defense earned the right to come back we finished 29th. Maybe the secondary coach where most of the turnovers came from.

As for offensive guys, I am sure he has his idea of who he wants.

Bob Wiley is out?

I haven't seen Wiley mentioned one way or the other. PFF grade of 2 is enough for me to want to keep Wiley.

That was really great - thanks for posting it. Makea you want him to be successful here as head coach not just for the team, but for him personally because he's such a good guy.

New perspective on him after that. U really wanna root for him after hearing his story. I know Arians kind of feels like a proud football dad.

Which also goes a long way in explaining why Arians (seemingly) never got so much as a look, among other reasons. If Dorsey loves that about Kitchens then I doubt Arians openly campaigning for the job sat well with him.
