If Waiters shoots another 3 this game he should be benched.

The only exception is if he's wide open and/or it gets passed to him with minimal shot clock left. I thought his "thing" was attacking the basket. We didn't draft him to shoot 3's. We chould have snagged John Jenkins with a late pick if we wanted another boobie.

Thank god your not in charge of player development. Let the kid get a feel for the game ffs. Look for flashes at this point, not consistency.

It's one thing to want players to be great. But to demand that rookies be perfect is simply unrealistic. Real player development isn't like 2K. It takes time and effort.

I agree that Dion settled on a few shots today but thats a a problem with this specific game not the season. Im sure Waiters is going to hear about all five of his shots being from the three point line but Waiters has done fairly well to this point with his shot selection. the trend doesnt match the pattern.

I'm not expecting him to be perfect, far from it actually because he's a rookie. I'm just sick of him chucking up 4 threes in a half like he is a three point shooter. ATTACK THE FUCKING BASKET and create plays because that is what got you to this level.

He's the one who shoots 3's like he's playing 2k.

His shotting % blows this season outside of his 2 hot games, and even with them he is about to go under 40% from the field.

Take off the rose colored glasses.

His TS% is right at league average: FG% doesn't take into account 3's and foul shots. You need a stronger argument for rose colored glasses
