Camakazeeeeeeeeeee Neato stat.

Time for Camakazee's neat-o stats of the night,
(Sponsored by: I want my Boobie-back Boobie-back).

It's a Block Party!

- The Cavaliers starting frontcourt recorded a season high 10 blocks.

- Wallace recorded 3, LeBron had 2, and Z had a season high 5 blocks.

Mr. Gibson.

- Daniel Gibson recorded his 2nd 20+ point game of the season. The other game came against... well, the Bobcats.

- In two games against Charlotte this year, Gibson is averaging 23.5 ppg, 3.5 apg, and 3 rpg.

We're Going Streaking!

- With tonight's win, the Cavaliers are now on an 8 game winning streak, matching the previous streak earlier this season. Here's a closer look at how the two streaks match up:

1st winning streak: 8 wins, 105.5 ppg, and opp 93.1 ppg. Average margin of victory: 12.4 ppg. 5 double digit victories.

2nd winning streak: 8 wins, 108 ppg, and opp 86.3 ppg. Average margin of victory: 21.7 ppg. 8 double digit victories.

View from the other side:

- The Cavaliers held Jason Richardson to single digit points (9) for only the second time this season.

- Also, the Cavaliers held Gerald Wallace to his season low for points (1).

- This game marks the lowest points in a game (10) that the tandem has combined for so far this year.

Time to drive it home:

For those of you who have noticed I have a large fetish for the per 36 minutes statistic, since limited minutes can often do a player's hard work injustice. As we have blown out teams the last 8 games, this has become particularly true in the case of Ben Wallace. Here's a look at his per 36 minutes statistics tonight compared with them on the season.

- Per 36 minutes tonight: 3.6 points, 14.4 rebounds, 5.4 blocks, and 1.8 steals.

- Per 36 minutes on the season: 4.4 points, 10.7 rebounds, 2.9 blocks, and 1.4 steals.

First game this year that Gibson has shot over 50% on the road (6 for 9, and 7 for 8 FTs).

Nice to jump out to a big lead and rarely be threatened (only dipped to 9 pts). Everyone on the Cavs played under 30 minutes except for Gibson (who wouldn't have had to if Kinsey hadn't been misplaced at the 1 spot during garbage time).

I thought this one was going to be closer. I'm glad it wasn't.

Cavs defense was relentless.

The cats played better than I expected. They did not have an open shot like the announcers kept saying.

We'll Prove how good we are this month heres the schedule:

Tueday- vs. Toronto
Wed-@ Phiili
Fri-vs. Philli
Sat-@ Atlanta
Wed Dec 17- @ Minnesota
Fri Dec 19- @ Denver
Sun Dec 21- @ OKC
Tue Dec 23- vs Houston
Thurs Dec 25- vs. Wasington
Sun-Dec 28- vs. Miami
Tue Dec 30- @ Miami

We could possibly go 8-3 in December with loses to Phiillly in Philly, Atlanta, and Denver

But thats being megtive I can see losing maybe only 1 or 2 games.

Prove me wrong. Go Cavs!

Awesome night.

1. Bought a 75 dollar ticket from a scalper for 40 bucks, and got to sit about 30 feet from the floor, right along the tunnel where the Bobcats ran out. Farking awesome.

2. Spent most of the night rooting for the Cavaliers during the numerous quiet moments during the game. The Bobcats fans didn't have a whole lot to cheer about. Hey, Sean May made some jumpers! That elicited a few cheers from the crowd.

3. Chatted it up with some Cavs fans on the patio during halftime. Always a good time.

4. My pops said I was on television 3 or 4 times. The one time I KNOW I was on TV, I sat about 5 rows behind AC during his post-game report. There were a couple younger kids getting loud and they got yelled at, I just sat down quietly and saw myself on the monitor. I waved to all my RCF fans!

Have to love another blowout. Hickson didn't look that great tonight, but he did hit a long J. Darnell has really good form on that jumper of his. Boobie looked excellent. I'm convinced he wasn't doing anything "wrong" during his cold spell, the shots just weren't going down. He seems to be gaining more and more confidence by the game.

What a blast!

Buddy

I would be very impressed with a win in Philly. We will be on the 2nd night of a back to back and Philly will be sitting at home on 3 days rest. At Denver would be impressive too, but I expect us to beat them. The Spurs just dominated them in Denver a few nights ago.
