I've got League Pass and watch it A LOT. They're about as good as you're going to find. It's entertainment. The majority of local announcers are so boring.

They are one of the worst broadcasts I have seen on League Pass. No insight at all. Just over the top and lame catch-phrases/puns with simple analysis (e.g. that was a pick-n-roll). I always watch the away broadcast for Cavs games.

Fred is knowledgeable and generally good at calling a game, but they are essentially cheer leaders. Even as a fan of the team it's really hard to listen to sometimes. Given the choice I'll always listen to the national/away broadcast, unless it's as bad or worse (Boston comes to mind).

Mike Breen, Marv Albert, Kevin Harlan are dumb? Mike Breen in particular is phenomenal.

Sure, guys like Jon Barry and Reggie Miller are godawful, but for the most part I much prefer TNT or even ESPN crews over Fred/AC. I just can't stand the cheerleading over mundane plays, the homerism, and the intermittent incoherence from AC, as lovable as he is.
