I watched the Blazers - Warriors game from yesterday. My take on our game with the Blazers:

Irving = Lillard (Lillard in slump so may have advantage)
Waiters = Matthews
Varajeo = Lopez (even hairwise, thair a toss up)
Love = Aldridge
James >> Batum

Cavs Bench > Blazers Bench

Cavs win 105 - 90.

That's nice and all but that's not how basketball works.

I do agree though that we'll win this game. Blazers are a streaky, jump shooting team and they're currently in a slump. Unless they break out of it tonight, we'll stomp them.

OKC is out for now. Mavs and Spurs are gonna be tough. Steve Kerr has a chance to win coach of the year this year. I really like how he is handling the team. GS is gonna be trouble for anyone.

If you watch LAC you'll realize that, that team isn't the same. For a team that lost no core pieces, and is returning with basically the same squad and coach, they've looked like shit. They're lucky that their schedule to start the season has been extremely easy.

You're laughing but if they find a way to squeak into the playoffs I'd be scared of running into them. Russell, KD, and Serge is a great big 3 and Steven Adams and Reggie Jackson are great role players.

Golden State has a good squad but I just can't take a jump shooting team seriously in the playoffs. If we ran into them, I think we'd beat them handily. Same with Portland although they at least have a legitimate low post threat in LaMarcus Aldridge.
