Game 53 | Cavaliers @ Bucks | Feb. 20, 2009 | 8:30PM [ET]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
WTF,i go braid my hair(missing this game) and lebron goes for 55:mad::thumbup:

can someone give me a brief summary of the good and bad??

Thats what you get, didn't you get the memo. Braids aren't in anymore, ask Melo, A.I and Big Ben........ ;)

LeBron got 16pts in 2 mins in the 3rd

Z almost KO'd Charlie V after Andy got layed out (over exaggerating) but it was still cool
in a NBA type of way and standing up for your team

seriously 16pts in 2min??? i notice he got 24 in the 3rd but 16 in...DAM

First post, long-time Cavs fan. :)

Entertaining game. LeBron going off in the third was amazing but IMHO the highlight of the night was the scuffle between Big Z and CV. It was nice to see Big Z come to protect a teammate. Having watched the Cavs for more than half a dozen years, it's a pleasure knowing we aren't getting bullied around anymore (which, as any Cavs fan knows, has happened).

We gave up a ton of points, but a win is a win. I'll take it. Brief thoughts:

Either opposing teams are scouting Boobie much better or his floater needs work because it seems as if every time he attempts to try it, he's getting called for an offensive foul.

I'm glad JJ wasn't traded. This guy has got tremendous upside.

In fact, I'm glad anybody wasn't traded. This team is really clicking, and you can tell all these guys like each other. That's fairly rare. Keep the unit together (and get Joe Smith!!).

And lastly, I can't wait until Delonte gets back. We need him back in the rotation.

If Lebron hits his mother F'ing free throws he gets 60.

they were just doggin LeBron because he only scored 6 points in the 4th....who cares....he dropped the double nickel, and popped like 4 3-pointers in a row in the third! We always struggle in the third and we came out playing like MEN

DAM,i just seen the highlights on espn....Z ready to fight when villa's gay ass decided to choke my son Z:thumbdown...But lebron,OH BOY...He took stupid shots but you can go wrong when he makes those shots....OH BOY

CAn someone post the game or at least post the 3rd PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yep, 15-22

LeBron made one of the 3-pointers off of a Kinsey rebound after missing 2 free throws during the scorching stretch.

So, you gotta be happy he missed two of them and adjust that stat to 18-22. :)

I don't like the fact that he has to put up 50+ against the Bucks. That's what the 2006-2007 LeBron had to do, not the 2008-2009 team. What would happen if he had a bad shooting night?

A win's a win but I'm cautiously worried.

Great post. Welcome to the forums!

From Windhorst after the first half (LINK):

Mo Williams is forcing it a bit on offense and for awhile he was throwing some cheap elbows and hard picks until Dan Gadzuric leveled him. I don't think Mo and the Bucks like each other quite frankly. However, Mo has been working very hard on defense. People in Milwaukee actually can't believe how hard he's working.

No doubt, Ramon Sessions didn't end up being the major factor I expected. But all those easy Bucks baskets in the first half made it easy (for me) to miss Mo's play on defense.

Yeah...He may not be a great on ball defender, but he is a good pesty defender and he tries and thats what matters...

HOT 3rd By LBJ against the Bucks 2/20/09

LMAO at the bench..I love the spirit

I keep having the same 2 concerns regarding the Cav's.
#1 The backup point guard play on this team leaves a lot to be desired. Boobie is not a point guard. He has been the most disappointing player on the team this year.
#2 It's been mentioned a lot lately- Boxing out and rebounding.
I hope there is improvement in these areas as we get closer to the playoffs.
