Missed the game. Looks like it was fun to watch.

Won't show up in the stat sheet but I thought JR Smith and Love both had very good floor games. Both of them had great activity on D and moved the ball well.

Also its interesting to me how the Matrix has completely fallen out of the rotation.

Blatt basically has gone to the other extreme of only playing 3 guys off the bench. Its working so no complaints but don't want to burn out our big guns, every game won't be a blowout.

Wizards are a joke tea m.said it all year.interesting idea to cut marionette

What a stellar way to come back from the break. Offensively and defensively, Cleveland just out played Washington tonight and kicked their butt in the process.

42% from the 3 line compared to the Wizards' 6%. That is a combination of guys not hitting their shots AND defense and I thought they made it hard for the Wizards to get into any sort of rhythm.

Of course, James and Irving were the guys, that's a given. I was more intrigued with Love's play, while he only had 8 points and 6 boards I have to agree with what JVG said that he was defending, rotating and hustling and those don't show in the stat line.

Looking at the box score, I am amazed the biggest +/- out there was Mosgov, he really didn't contribute much offensively but he did contest the paint. Cavs were +42 with him out there.

Obviously, Shumpert and Smith are blossoming in Cleveland. Quick side question, I thought Blatt was starting Smith until Shump came back from his shoulder injury and then got into a flow. Looks as if the rotation is set, is Smith Cleveland's starting two-guard now? Obviously Shump probably isn't 100% but he is showing clear improvement game after game.

My guess is that until Shumpert can handle the ball like Smith, Smith will continue to start and Shumpert will continue to come off the bench.

Coach Blatt is very much a don't-fix-it-if-it's-not-broken type. Smith starting at the two isn't broken. It won't be getting fixed until it is.

My peeps, i am s**t faced right bout now....All i am gonna say is, if we remain healthy, i fear no one from the East. I fear a select few from the West. Such a strange feeling...Lebron is back, doin his thang, but yet i still am anxious...Playoffs, please come quicker. I am all for blowing out formidable foes but yet, i still yearn for the important games. It's our fucking time. Cleveland, its time to rise up. Lets end this season the right way. Oh how i cant wait for playoff basketball. I'm sure to shed a tear that first week of meaningful games. It'll be like seeing a long lost friend. Irving, what you gon' do in the playoffs? i gots a feeling you will be great.

I think that was the plan, but JR has played so well and under control that i think they wont fix whats not broken. His shooting along with the threat of love really stretches everything and makes the whole gameplan come together.

Great game all round. Lebron was in attack mode and keeping the game simple, i expect this to be every game from now on. Kyrie was assertive if a bit tunnel vision at time but he made his shots and hounded wall well for most the game. Love was essential to the win, but again lost in the shuffle. played better defense than mosgov on the post and worked his ass off. Shame he cant jump though. I can see why they didnt run him into the post with the size up front the wiz have so its not a suprise he didnt get many touches.

I will say that when they run the version of horns where he flares to the weakside after the ball screen he is always completely open. As teams start to crowd the lane against kyrie he will need to do a better job of finding kevin on the reverse skip pass.

I looks to like their is some kind of mutual understanding between Smith and Lebron. Smith seems to understand what Lebron wants him to do, and Lebron seems to have confidence in what smith is doing. Its like two jazz players riffing off one another. it just happens. This is a great example of how a matching game styles makes the combination whole. And Mozgov is playing Bass in the background...

Wall is absolutely fantastic. More of a PG playmaker than offensive powerhouse like Irving, really can't go wrong with either one. With a team that has Lebron on it, Irving is probably better, but if we didn't have James I'd want Wall, I think.

John Wall is every bit as good as Irving IMO, just completely different players. John Wall is damn good though.

Agree. Wall is fantastic. However, Kyrie is the better fit with a LeBron led team.

If we had only Kevin Love. I'd probably prefer Wall. Because Wall would feed Love those easy baskets and find his ideal spots on the court.

Kyrie is better for us because he spreads the floor for LeBron. He can takeover like no one else and essentially makes the game easier for LeBron. Not sure LeBron/Wall would be as successful.

Man I love this team! Great win, we ruthlessly outclassed, humiliated and pulverised them on their own floor.

I got love for John Wall too though, great player and guy.

Consider my world rocked.

JR Smith passed up a WIDE open three to feed a hot Lebron.

ROCKED

It was odd hearing Breen have so many word fumbles to end the game. He called the Wizards owner the Cavs owner and when he meant the Bulls he kept saying Cleveland.

I was saying to myself, "Did Gilbert sell the team or just do what they did in face off?" lol
