Game 58 | Raptors @ Cavs | February 25, 2014 7:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
on the bright side...the 3rd "best" team has had to grind it out to beat us the last two games where we are missing three key guys...maybe we aren't that far away as we think

It just sucks that we're losing these games...because we're playing without 3 of our key cogs and going toe to toe with mid-level Eastern playoff teams. Atlanta might lose again so not all is lost for the evening...

And tomorrow we face the Thunder without Perkins, so make it a 4 game losing streak.

This is why I have stopped all post game broadcasts. The NBA is not a credible league, in my opinion, and any title won is with the active support of the league office. I really don't care about getting to the playoffs, either. What's the point?

You just watched every playoff game we will ever play. In the bonus with 6 minutes left in the 4th quarter. We had not committed a foul yet. Raptors end up shooting all the FT's.

This will only end when players or fans physically attack these officials. The refs are so insulated, they can do whatever they wish. One solid body slam to the floor or a fan breaking an officials jaw might make them think twice.

Besides that, I have no interest in this league.

Moo

Yeah that sums up how I feel about NBA Refs. If a brave fan or player does what you said then I will forever be greatfull to that person.

Mike Brown did a good job with the rotations tonight. No Jack in the fourth. That's all you can ask for. We couldn't stop DeRozan and got a few bad calls, it happens. Not his fault tonight.

That was a bad no call man... Amir Johnson was not even close to vertical on that play. His momentum was carrying him into Irving and he tried to stop it by turning at the last second.

Oh well. Probably wouldn't have made a difference. Fire the damn panzer up again. It's officially time to start maximizing chances at cracking this top 5 lotto.

THIS GAME PROVED THE NBA IS FIXED. HOW IN THE HELL DO THE REFS NOT CALL THOSE LAST TWO FOULS ON TORONTO WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTE. THE FIRST ONE ZELLER GETS DECLEATED AND NO CALL. THE SECOND ONE WAS IRVING DRIVING TO THE HOLE AND THE DEFENDER COMPLETELY JUMPS IN THE AIR AND TURNS HIS BACK RIGHT INTO IRVING AND BODY CHECKS HIM. NO CALL. THOSE WERE BLATANT!!! EVERYONE WAS BOOING IN THE QUE. EVEN AC AND FRED MCLEOD WHERE SAYING TERRIBLE NON CALL. I CHECKED WHAT THE CLOSING BETTING LINE WAS. TORONTO -3.5 SO THAT TELLS YOU WHY THOSE LAST TWO CALLS WERE NOT CALLED, RIGHT THERE. TORONOT WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN THIS GAME MORE WAYS THEN ONE. AND IF ANYONE DISAGREES YOU ARE FOOLS AND DON'T KNOW BASKETBALL. THOSE WERE FOULS. THEY CALL THOSE THIS GAME COMES DOWN TO WHOEVER HAS THE BALL LAST.

Jack finally plays pretty good. Delly started getting offense in. MB making good rotation calls in the end; leaving his best player in for all but 4 or 5 minutes in the entire game, and the refs have to screw us over. Shameful.

Really could not have scripted a worse loss. Run Kyrie for 45 minutes and Deng for 40 and find a way to not get any stops late and lose a game that was imminently winnable. Tomorrow could be a complete slaughter.

This team with Dion wins the two games against Toronto. With Andy and Miles too we are much better than Toronto. Unfortunately, it's too late to make up for the debacle of the first 2/3 of the season.

i don't think that was a terrible non-call on irving though

wade would have probably gotten the call, but that doesn't make it a good call

It was absolutely a foul though. Johnson jumped forward, and even though he backed off in the air, he didn't jump vertical hence it being a foul. Just a terrible no call.

I called for Brown to go ahead and get ejected in the first quarter based on how the refs were officiating. Nothing changed throughout the game which is on Mike, IMO. A good coach loses his shit multiple times tonight, especially on the insane amount of flopping by Toronto on rebounds. Not calling traveling both ways would be another issue. The last straw would be the horrible officiating down the stretch.

But Mike is horrible at working crews over. He's too nice and doesn't look like he has any confidence as he bitches. He needs to learn how to be a prick. Without a doubt there is an art to working refs over... We would not have been jobbed this bad with Popovich on our bench for example.

Just an awful awful game from the officials though. It's hard to take games seriously when it's that one sided 7 minutes into the game.
