Game 64 | Cavaliers @ Bucks | March 6, 2010 | 8:30 PM (EST)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Mostly irrelevent stats here. Run the numbers since the Bucks acquired Stackhouse and Salmons. A rested Hawks team survived at home barely when the Bucks were on the 2nd of back to backs and they were home resting. A loss, but the Bucks definitely competed and should have pulled that one out in regulation.

:chuckles:

I still can't believe you are here...it's like you don't remember talking shit for 2 years, never having it backed up and then disappearing for a year or so...your Bucks finally get a win in a situation where everything was going their way with injuries and *boom* back to being contenders!

:chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles::chuckles:

"They'll be people saying it was a great game and they'll be other people saying well, LeBron didn't play, if he would have played, they would have won," said Andrew Bogut, who had 15 points and nine rebounds. "It's a lose-lose situation for us."

Sad-sack emo kid.

So why was Jennings mocking KING DNP aka Mr. Unprofessional and the Cavs? From J/S Online:

As Jennings debuted yet another new hairdo, this time a red mohawk, he also responded to James telling his teammates, “Let the rooster shoot.”

“I didn’t hear nothing about that,” Jennings said when told of James’ comment. He did acknowledge however that he heard James just refer to him as “rooster,” prompting Jennings to taunt the NBA’s reigning Most Valuable Player after connecting on a couple second half three-point shots.

“Since he said that I did a little mocking, I did a little dancing for him,” Jennings said. “I think it got his attention a little bit. You’re going to play with a lot of swagger when you’re playing against the number one team in the Eastern Conference.”

I guess Brandon got the last laugh. :chuckles:

LeBron should know better than to call Jennings "rooster." That's Danilo Gallinari's nickaname damn it!

/sarcasm

I have no issue with Jennings mocking and showboating.

For once, the Cavs know what 90% of the NBA feels like when the Cavs do their goose egg thing or when they dance and trip over each other dancing on the bench. And If LeBron really did make those comments about Jennings (I have no problem with calling him a rooster, either; that hairdo is ridiculous) then Jennings simply gets the last laugh, as someone said. Well, at least until March 31... (we play the Bucks then, yes?)

I like Jennings' attitude. He's a badass. For one night, he backed it up.

Yesterday I was pissed about it, but today I kinda feel the same. We got a taste of our own medicine for once.

Hopefully we beat them on the 31st and return the favor to the likes no team has ever felt before.

I don't like saying 'we got a taste of our own medicine' just because it makes it sound like we intentionally mock our opponents with what we do on our bench.

Either way, we'll definitely show them no mercy in our next meeting. (And hopefully in the playoffs.)

C'mon, we do a lot of showboating, and if James called Jennings a "rooster" :chuckles: While hilarious, if I were Jennings I'd do the SAME thing. I think a "taste of our own medicine" is a perfect description, myself. Yeah, it pisses me off, but I know what is gonna happen on 31 March and so does Bucks Nation.

Yeah, we had it coming to us :chuckles:. I'm just defending our bench antics, no amount of complaining from fans or players will stop the swagger.

Remember after the game they were saying the swagger without James was like nonexistent. The team just has no experience playing without him. If they did, I bet we'd have won.

Where's the spurs game thread? Or do we not care about that game because LeBron isn't playing in it either?
