Waiters got "benched" against the Knicks for supposedly bad defense........when the entire team was playing poorly on defense. This type of personal favors is why Brown sucks as a coach. He breeds disconnect and eventually rebellion.

He needs a roster where he doesn't need to do much and everybody is secure in their defined roles. The Cavs need a coach that will take young players and put them in those roles and not wavier.
