I don't get how this Magic team has a bad record. They've got some good players. Oladipo, Vucevic, Harris, Payton...

The talent is there. But you need good experienced vets as well. That coupled with the fact that Jacque Vaughn was awful for them as the head coach is the reason why they have been so poor. I expect them to do well next season but the key is who they appoint as their coach.
