Game 77 | Cavs @ Pacers | Tuesday April 9, 7:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I've stuck up for Scott a lot on these boards but I was disappointed in his reaction to the reviewed charge call at the end of the game. He didn't say a damn word.

There is 15 seconds left in a two point game. Getting a damn technical there would be a disaster and incredibly stupid.

It's honestly typical. Instead of blaming the team and its players for how they played in the 4th, it has to be the refs.

How can you blame fucking players when player go to open layup and he get bumped from his back and ref stay silent like nothing happened? How can you blame player when he try to contest layup and ref call it a foul and he didn't touch opposite player? How can you blame our player when he can't touch the opposite player without get foul called? How can you blame our players for playing hard and refs just decide to play for Indiana? When we play bad, we play bad, but sometimes we must be real and not blame team, because refs can take away your momentum and give momentum to other team to make run. Just like tonight happened.

So the Cavs weren't attacking the basket?

My lord. Reading some of you defending the refs, it is damn clear you didn't watch the game. Like holy shit.

i know im a page back but does anyone really believe that sports (both pros and college) dont have the refs leaned on to favor certain teams? i used to absolutely love all sports, on all levels but within the last 3 years im pretty much convinced NFL, NBA, NCAAB, and NCAAF absolutely tell refs to favor certain teams, does it always impact the eventual winner maybe maybe not, but i definitely think it impacts the spread.

Stop it with this bullshit. I watched it and thats how I interpreted it. Are you a better fan because you watched the game and others didn't? Nope, just like i'm not a better fan for having season tickets. It's a moot point.

I didn't say anything about getting a technical.

We aren't talking about who's the better fan. That is not relevant to the discussion.

And this controversy, gentlemen, is why I picked up the NHL.

The entire discussion is irrelevant. Listen to yourselves. The refs are not to blame and you all know it. You're reaching.

All message board discussions are irrelevant to the game at hand. How far would you like to go with this?

Did anyone else see Psycho T throw a bunch in the 3rd quarter? It was right at the beginning of our big run that opened up the ~20 pt lead. There was some banging for a rebound and it looked like he threw a frustration punch.

I hate people like that..."But you'd love him if he was on your team!"...like hell I would. Reminds me of Dwyane Wade. Don't get a foul call? Take your frustrations out on the other team.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, the Cavs are 3-4 this season in games in which they lead by at least 20 points. The rest of the NBA was 379-12 entering Tuesday's games.

Windhorst also relayed this gem:

Cavs blew 20-point lead w/9 min. left to Pacers tonight. NBA teams had been 4,382-1 when up 20+ with 9 min. left.

The second time in NBA history????
