Game 80 | Cleveland Cavaliers (51-28) @ Boston Celtics (37-42) | April 12, 2015 | 3:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Shumpert's had a horrible shooting percentage all season, even when playing with Lebron. We should be able to keep him for cheap.

Don't be surprised about the bad performance of the non end of the bench players.
When you know that it would be better for you to loose, and when you know that this game doesn't count for nothing - it's hard to get mentally into a competitive mode, even if the coaches will give you a hell of a motivation, in the end the players know that this game is just for the records.

My Boston friend is all giddy he just beat the Cavs twice in a row, I asked him if he realized the Cavs would be sending them to the couch in a week and he wasn't giddy anymore. :neener:

Cavs are building a house.

I'll tell you this. Even with the guys we played tonight, if this was our team and we would play these guys and practice them from day 1, we would beat this Boston team.

Not sure why any Boston fan would be that giddy about beating the Cavs when they clearly are resting their starters...

I mean, it's great for them because they're that much closer to locking up a playoff spot, but they're locking themselves into a first round matchup with the Cavs. If the Cavs were playing anywhere close to 100% effort with all of their players they would blow the doors off of this team.

Still, of all the big market teams, Boston is the one I hate the least. Hungry young players, good young coach, passionate fans. They've taken their lumps recently and I will most certainly be paying attention to what they become in the next few years.

Have you seen the smile Blatt just gave to Lue? He knows that this game is a joke…

We would have been giddy in this position last year.

OK this is enough for me.
