As far as developing young players, Dean Wade's minutes track: 11, 5, 9, 8. That's not developing someone we desperately need.
Dean is averaging over 21 minutes per game on the season. Right now Cedi tends to be a main beneficiary of Love's absence, but I see some recency bias emerging. His role on this team is clear: heir apparent to Kevin Love as the stretch forward off the bench is all his for the taking if he is meeting the coaches expectations. The Cavs clearly want to develop Wade, but they need wins too.
