I just don't get the 2nd hand smoke thing.. Of course, if it can be proven that the situation was caused by 2nd hand smoke.

You've essentially got to bunker in or avoid any type of night life to avoid all of the possible things people may do around you... The above quote is beyond stupid if applied to a situation where you didn't voluntarily put something in your body...

Now, Josh probably did smoke and I don't buy his excuse. I think he's careless and dumb. Both just opinions of mine.

That doesn't substantiate Aiello's comment about Gordon when it comes to other peoples' actions. Even if the spirit of it is "keep away from stoners and fuck-ups".

Cannot prove from these results (to my knowledge) that it wasn't second-hand.

It's not enough to not believe an excuse in this situation, you must prove it to be false. Change the policy to something close to the standards of other organizations and this is a non-issue.
