I grew up in Parma and swear by Antonio's. I haven't had any of their delivery-only satellites, but their home base at the end of the Parmatown Mall strip makes great pizza with some outstanding sausage and nice crispy crusts.
I want some god damn Barberton Chicken. I hate you all right now.
Regarding Mama Santa's...I just don't get it. I went to CWRU, so I've been there enough times. I just think if it were located anywhere but Little Italy, it wouldn't get any attention at all. The pizza was just ok.

Mama Santa's is good, but the best pizza is the house special at Angelo's in Lakewood.
Across from Melt in Lakewood is Eddie And Eddie's. Fantastic food.
I have to agree, but im going to through out Dina's for second. Its reasonable, tasty, and the specialty pizzas are all great. I have had angelos many many times, but it never impresses me. I give them the nod for plain pizzas, but specialties goes to Aneglos, and Dinas.
If your going to Dina's you have to try something different. Their regular pizzas are ok, but their Chicken BLT pizza is pheominal. Same for Angelo's, I would kill a small animal for their Acapulco Chicken pizza with banana peppers and red onions added.
B-Spot is great if you get something different. I dont understand the hate. If you go there and get a cheeseburger and expect a relgious experience GTFO. The draw for many is the different burgers offered.
Melt just go mid meal and you will be seated immediatly. I must say the Dude Abides (Italian metballs, parmesan cheese, romano chease, mozzarella sticks, and marinara sauce) may be my favorite sandwich in town.
I have grown fond of Ohio City Burrito. Packed wit flavor, great portion, and very reasonable.
Mongolian BBQ on coventry is a chain, but pretty tasty. Hard to leave hungry.
Molly McGees & Crystal Keg are two of my favorite wing places. Sauces are pretty good, their cheap per wing, and they are pretty large. Molly McGees has excellent gameday specials along with 30 cent wings.
I enjoy the Steak @ Red. Its pricey, but they are good quality and very well seasoned.
For dessert: I still love ice cream from Malleys on W 117. Get a sundae and throw some pretzels on it. Everything is homemade/ handmade.
For gyros....if you have to ask your not worthy.
Compola's Tasty Pizza in Lyndhurst. This spot's been around forever and with good reason. I'll warn you though, if your not looking for a greasy meatza (pepperoni, sausage, double cheese with grease) then you're not going to dig this place. If that's your forte check them out http://www.compolastastypizza.com/
