House of the Dragon Spoiler Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
2-3 books a week!?!

Damn. And time for sports and HOD? Impressive
I only spend 1-2 hours a day reading. One can easily clear 100-200 pages in that time.

So over a week that is 2-3 books. Or maybe one really big book.

I guess the finale leaked, and while I know this is the spoiler thread, can we (if someone sees it early) throw tags on it until Sunday night?

I only saw the second to last scene before. But that's how you start a war!

Twitter age has killed my attention span. Maybe 2-3 a year for me. Looking forward to All Quiet on the Western Front on Netflix though!

I hope they do it justice!

Having watched the finale last night (don't worry, no spoilers), HBO probably leaked it to generate more hype. It was excellent, and the ending in particular was absolutely fantastic. The last shot was perfect and tells us exactly what we're in for in season two.

Wow. Thats… quite a change there. Interesting.

FUCK THE FUCKING GREENS WITH A FUCKING DILDO
They suck. Usurpers. This whole thing was set into motion because of jealousy and Cristan Cole's incel butthurtness.

I had sort of assumed, but ultimately I think it fits well within the context of the story told so far. I do think this whole thing has a bit of "misunderstandings leading to war" sort of vibe, but then again, that's basically how WWI started, so I think it works.

I actually like it as well. Was just surprised.

Book was unreliable narrator anyways. Leads to room to alter events in the show slightly.

Certainly makes Aemond look like less of a dumbass.

He had that “I’ve made a huge mistake” face.

I suspect another event that will be altered somewhat is

Blood and Cheese. Cant have the Blacks losing sympathy of the viewers!

I don’t know. The shot of Rhaenyra at the end of the episode coupled with the music taking a sinister turn seems to imply the gloves are off.
