I have lost my Semih... [signs in Turkey for next 2+ years]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
According to the PD, the Cavs have made a qualifying offer to C Semih Erden, making him restricted free agent, along with Gee and Harangody.

Maybe they think someone will toss us a second-round pick in a trade? Because otherwise, I'm not seeing the value there, particularly with Andy coming back.

I don't see why we'd want Erden and Harangody back. Hopefully they're just keeping options open.

We need players to fill out our roster. And 1 year of players making less than 1 million to keep future cap open is perfect. Not every free agent or every spot on the roster will be filled this offseason. We have 2 more firsts next year, hopefully we can use our 2nds to move up a bit agian in the Miami, and ours should be a lottery pick.

My point, we have 2 more rookies coming next year, Erden and Haragoody would be good spot holders.

Zeller, Andy, Semih at the 5

Thompson, Sam-Sam, Kevin Jones, Harangody..... at PF?

What is going on here? I thought we were going to sign a FA big- not keep this total garbage around? Who's getting cut?

WTF!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

The bulk of our minutes at PF/C will go to Andy, Tristan, Zeller, Jones/Samuels (hopefully Jones wins out for the 4th big). Erden and Harangody (and likely Samuels) are just gonna be cheap placeholders who preserve our 2014 cap space. No need to waste $ on mediocre free agents before then (unless a great opportunity presented itself - which it won't this year).

You sure? Thought we just had our own 1st and 2nd next year.

We have our 1st + the Lakers 1st (technically we have Miami's, but we have the right to swap between the Lakers/Heat picks thanks to the Sessions trade) + Kings 1st (top 13 protected) + our 2nd + Orlando's 2nd.

I'm not even certain the cap space is really going to be used for free agency that much. At least at the moment. It might be used in trades. But we'll see something I bet.

Noooo! If the Cavs trade you I'll be pissed. Who's gonna make up for your tables?

Thanks...so we got a 2012 1st and the right to swap in 2013 for Sessions? How did we fleece them so badly?

I knew about the Kings pick, but I have officially written it off permanently.

Which trade got us Orlando's 2nd? Totally drawing a blank.
