J.J. Hickson Summer League Highlights

All I have to say is wow. This doesn't even look like J.J. at times in this video. His jumpshot has come a long way... I mean a long way. He is shooting with confidence and playing with his athleticism and his instincts. If he can play with consistency, he will be poised for a breakout year.

That's a man playing with A WORLD of confidence. This is awesome if he intends to keep playing this way. I feel like Mike Brown had a way of weighing JJ down and not letting him play comfortably. I feel like Byron knows JJ is his ticket, so he's going to let JJ do his thing. Let's hope JJ knows he can be this good.

Exactly! He is the one that gave LeBron a jumper....well i guess you can say he has one but his ego gets in the way of it. Jent has to be one of the best shooting coaches in the league, that's why I am sooo happy he didn't 'take his talents to South Beach' as well.

It looks like he improved more than just his jumper. He had some nice moves off the dribble as well. He even had one iso that was slightly reminiscent of a certain Miami bound douche. I liked that he was able to go off the dribble without traveling too.

He looks amazing. Anyone else see how if he gets the ball near the rim he's immediately going up with it? Hes not pulling the ball out and taking more time.. Very good to see from JJ.
