This is such a Griffin pick. Would bet Bogdanovic would be the pick if he was still there. I don't know how to feel about this, Early is just so much better, but I guess Harris fits us better.

Has Griffin been around long enough to classify anything as a "Griffin" pick?

Sure he can come off screens and shoot, but he can also pass. Doesn't dribble the air out of the ball, defends, good size... a Blatt/Popovich type of role player. Early has more talent but doesn't fit that "everyone is a point guard" philosophy.

Pissed Jarrett Jack is still on this team.

Hmm. Good shooter, bad athlete. A poor man's JJ Reddick.

Bad athlete? I think that isn't a good assessment.

He's not a leaper but he had a solid lane agility.

He's not a plus defender but he can hold his own there at the NBA level.

In Blatt's offense, you can't have enough Karasev twins. I think I saw a carnival act called the Karasev twins in the early 90s, but I digress.

pick made no sense to me since Karsev is on the team. I would had drafted Cleanthony to play behind Wiggins.

He's our Danny Green... Solid defender, really good shooter. I like it. I like getting a guy ready to play... I love guys on cheap deals who can contribute immediately. He'll fill a valuable roster spot on the cheap and contribute.

I hope that trade for expiring poo poo is still on the table.... bad influence or no, a season of Thornton is worth more than several more of that Jack contract
