What's the funniest thing a Cavs players or coach has said to you since you've been covering the team?

Hands down that would be J.R. Smith telling us during the preseason that he lost 17 pounds in training camp and when we all gave him an incredulous look he added, "And it ain't crack (that caused the weight loss), don't even try it." Perfect timing on the delivery too.

RJ has really filled in with scoring with JR out. But I'd still like to see JR back, along with his shooting touch. ( which has also been MIA.)

Blatt said he went through a full practice and he expects him to play sunday

I was at the game last night and Jr was out there an hour before the game doing various drills. He looked alright.. his shot had good trajectory. Just wasn't dropping as nicely. Here's a pic of him shooting with some coaches.

Yeah Utah's been pretty good ever since they traded away Enes Kancer last year. It'll be a tough game on Tuesday. Hopefully JR plays.

JR is getting his mojo back, still underwhelming though.

The most important is that he's committed and showing effort, scoring will come.

We really need his 14/15 pt per game and eventual bursts during games, specially with Kyrie out.

Can we agree that was a terrible call on JR last night? Id say really one of the worst. Several crucial mistakes made that game close for no reason. Jr reacted poorly and I was sad to see him loose track of his emotions.

I'm not concerned with JR. Even if he isn't that involved right now, the Cavs still need floor spacers out there.
