Its evident that his attitude and bad reputation gets him jobbed by the refs. Should the refs let things like that affect the way they call the game? No but we know NBA refs aren't exactly fair all the time and JR shoulda thought of that before doing all the dumb stuff hes done on and off the court.
 
If you're gonna iso an entire quarter it's unfair to then blame the other guys when they miss their one or two opportunities that they get. They've been standing and watching for 10 minutes straight.

LeBron had to ISO because no one else was doing shit in the fourth quarter. Do you not remember that we were down 14 or so and LeBron singlehandedly brought us back into the game? JR and Love had plenty of opportunities, but again, they didn't show up after the first half, which has become a common theme.

That's always the excuse. But LeBron was ALSO not doing anything prior to just iso'ing. He had a god awful 3rd quarter when the Pelicans first opened up a lead.

He just has to realize that when he isos for long stretches, he's not gonna get help when it stops working.

Not only was jr ignored, but kev had12 on ten shots in the second.. two fucking hot hands, and they got treated like they were7up.


Oh jr had foul trouble? guess what hot things do?they fucking cool down, especially on the bench.

Threes are worth just as much in the second quarter as they are in the fourth.

J.R is a joke. He got 15 points in the 1st, only three after and he's asking what more can he can do? If you ever play ball you never walk away thinking I did enough? Does anyone think LeBron looked at the final buzzer and said I did enough? J.R has to mentally change his mindset.
 
How many times do I have to watch this guy stupidly gamble on a steal that he's never going to get, just to give his guy an open run to the rim, where we have nobody to protect the paint? Teams are trying to get him to switch the PnR as much as possible because he is AWFUL at fronting the post.

His D is a lot more salvageable and useful when he's got Shump in who has good technique and discipline. It does two things.

1. Allows J.R. to gamble more and get away with it.

2. Shows an example for possessions where J.R. can't afford to gamble and helps keep him playing the right way defensively because he's just following his buddy's lead.
 
Somebody always dropping. Not serious but it sucks the day we get Shump back, JR drops with illness.

Hopefully at some point this season we will actually have a healthy roster to put out there on the floor.

The Cavs have been a trainwreck just 1/4 into the season. This is the 4th game JR has missed. Mo missed 3, Mozgov missed 2 (and still not in shape), Delly missed 1. Shump returns but Kyrie the cupcake still sits pretty.

Everybody's New Years resolution should be to get H-E-A-L-T-H-Y.
