Whenever Kevin Love is playing like this I just can't bring myself to fear any opponent.

I just can't do it.

He's shooting 2% better from 3 than Klay
1% better than Steph
1% better than Durant

He's a fucking 4/5. And I expect his 3 to sink just as much as I do for the "splash brothers"

Love reloaded is exactly what we needed.

Love 3:16???

Hey Draymond Green, how do you like that 30/15/2 "buster" now?

:02.47 tranquillity:

1st time in Cavs history and 5th time in NBA history someone put up 30/15 with 6 threes (VC, Dirk, Sheed, Manu).

7th game in Cavs history of 30/15 and a three point make (LeBron x5, Cliff Robinson).

6th game of 30/15/2ast/2stl in Cavs history (Andy, Bron x2, Daugherty x2)

Love's 27th game of 30/15 with a triple hit. Only Barkley has more (41). Bird and Dirk are behind Love, with 13 such games apiece, then nobody else has more than 7.

Love's 23rd game of 30/15 with 2+ threes, most in NBA history. Barkley 2nd, with 16.

For the first time in his time with us, there are games that this dude legitimately looks like our best player, even with LeBron and Kyrie on the floor.

This season has been so new that it's unreal.

It's not Minnesota Love. It's Cleveland Love. He's shooting more 3's, he's just straight cashing them.

He's still getting to the line. He's still getting boards.

The defense? I credit the shape he has gotten himself in based on knowing exactly what he needed to become. And damn if he hasn't done it.

At 28, this guy picked a hell of a time to become a +defender.

He has that aura to him. He knows he's a bad man. He's impacting games right now more than he has at any point in his career. And frankly, it looks like he's enjoying the hell out of it.

This championship has had an amazing effect on Kevin Love. He's become exactly what we need. Something better than we could've even hoped to get when we traded for him.

Only reason I say better is because if you predicted this defensive impact, you'd have been basing it on nothing previously.

I kind of think his defense is legit good this year. He had a couple of hedges on Thomas this game that really impressed me.
Was really impressed with his defense on Thomas tonight

That's got to be one of the hardest guys in the NBA for a big man to cover outside of the 3 point line because of his insane agility and quickness, and Love at one point nearly stripped him (called a foul, but it could've went either way)

Also that huge 4th quarter comeback happened while Love was on the bench... don't think that was coincidence.

Hey Moflo don't mean to second guess you, but are you sure you didn't accidentally filter out Draymond Green?

You see he is like a swiss army knife, and surely he leads the league in all of these categories.

There was one time where Thomas had Love on an island about 25 feet out and he should have blown around him to the right side. There was also no one at the basket to stop him. Instead Love uses his body to push him left and Thomas gave the ball up. It may not have been noticed by many because it was while the Cavs were blowing them out, but it impressed me.

His closeouts have also been good as has his physicality around the rim.
