His defense has been night and day from the beginning of the season. He doesn't give up when switched on the perimeter and he's got good strength which allows him to maintain post position. Makes up for his lack of length somewhat.

Maybe instead of harping on his down offensive numbers, a national media could write about that for once? On the most OCD Cavs board on the Internet no one has harped about his defense in weeks

Money, fame, women, but mostly money. Call me an idiot but I don't think that his cognitive faculties are solely focused on bringing Cleveland a championship. Members on RCF are probably thinking more about championships than he is. I don't know the guy but very few players in the NBA strike me as the obsessed with their work type.

Solely focused on a championship? Perhaps not. But this is his first year heading into the playoffs on a team that certainly has a legitimately good shot at the title, so yeah I think it trumps all the ones you mentioned. The dude is set for money, will get max deal offers this year and next from a variety of teams, is currently the most talked about upcoming free agent, and from my understanding has a pretty smoking girlfriend as well. So in the end, I kind of think he's pretty heavily focused on postseason glory - especially since that'll only INCREASE his luck and allure in all the areas you mentioned.

Love will opt out as he'll make more money! I'm not sure why this is questioned.
Because of that, he's going to get paid. The CAVs know this and will pay him. Love will make his money (rightfully so) and stay in CLE as he knows he'll have multiple runs at a title.
Also, his nitche with this team will define itself as the team will further have opportunity to grow together.
Going to NY or LA doesn't make much sense if he wants to win.

Who cares what happens next year. Let's focus on the now and the fact we have him right now. Let's hope he is healthy and helps us win the title!

"I've never played in playoff game. I came to Cleveland to win. I'll grab a broom and sweep floors if it gets me a title."

You should know, especially within the past two weeks, nobody really listens to what the players actually say. Even if they repeat and clarify themselves for a week straight.

You can call me an idiot too but I have no clue as to what that even means. Could you put in Layman's terms?

All of this crap may be moot now. Love just limped off the court...

Lower back issues, will not return.

Kevin sore up and down that his back hasn't been an issue.

Of course, it flares up in the fourth.

I really hope he takes a look at it this summer.

Elbow to the back? bet that was quite the stinger.

Yeah, I hope that's all it was. He looked to be in serious pain and his movement was strange, but hopefully he was just being cautious and didn't want to exacerbate the problem.

He should try those hot rocks you see at spas. A couple of them on the back.

Better yet, he should check into a daiye spa for a week.
