I initially thought that Thompson probably had a concussion but was able to pass the test. Gonna be hilarious IF the media is all over this shit but that's most likely not gonna happen. Just heard Doug Gotlieb say that he doesn't believe in concussion protocols that require follow up tests to determine if a player can practice or play. He said it was meant for football....This guy clearly does not have his children playing sports lol. If my son had a concussion, damn straight he's not going up to bat and face a pitcher that might throw an errant ball at his head. Or football where he might get knocked the fuck out. Or basketball where someone might get undercut or accidentally whack his head during a drive to the rim. I mean, the risk might vary but there's ALWAYS a risk and you never want to take a chance with head injuries. Especially during this period in sports where we're starting to learn a lot more about the long term affects of head/brain injuries. I guess the warriors made a decision and felt that that they can sacrifice Klay's long term mental health in order to maximize their championship chance SMDFH. Parents are pulling their kids out of football due to fear of potential long term brain damage and you got an idiot like Doug Gotlieb who trivialized concussion protocol. Guess that bitch never had a concussion in his life.
Well, Klay's dad seemed fine with it...
