He doesn't move very well laterally. It's weird for a guy that's pretty quick. But Kyrie moves better north and south on speed alone.

He's not the quickest guard in the league to begin with. I mean he's quick, but I'd rate him probably at a B.

But he gets by guys with ease, because his ball handling skills might be the best I've ever seen outside of Pistol Pete.

Delly never got in foul trouble after that, but the potential was there. We have a serious lack of depth right now, Blatt is using some smoke and mirrors and the brilliance of LeBron James to cover for that.

i still weigh kyrie in gs over keeping delly out of foul trouble against atlanta at home up 2-0

He has to have some deficiencies. If he had the lateral speed of prime Derrick Rose or Tony Parker, he'd literally be unguardable.
 
Don't think he will play. Rotoworld lists his official status as doubtful.

This would be a much bigger issue if we didn't have LeBron. Basically if Delly goes out, LeBron has to bring the ball up court and they bring in Shump or James Jones or someone. It's not the end of the world, but I'm sure LeBron likes Delly to be out there to take some of the duties off of LeBron.
 
Kyrie has been a warrior this season. When LeBron was doing whatever he was doing in Miami, Kyrie was trying to carry the team with injured Kevin Love, injured Dion Waiters, and without any of the guys from the trade.

He's got mad heart.
 
I think they are gonna play KI and see how he does. If he's ok we can really stick a dagger in ATL's heart tonight.
