Sorry if it was posted elsewhere

"From me there's going to be a lot more rage, a lot more emotion," Cavs guardKyrie Irving said at the team's media day Monday. "There won't be too much smiling or anything like that from our team. That's the mentality we have to have. We're looking forward to the challenge."

"One thing that we did that didn't even need to be talked about after we lost our first year in Miami when we came back, we was angry," James said. "We was very, very, very angry. And everybody that we went against knew it when we came back."

Holy hell I can't wait for the season, we are going to be on a mission.

Come on though, you can smile. It's a long fucking season to frown your way through.

I think what both he and LeBron mean is that they'll approach the game as the Heat did in their second and third season together... Just decimating opponents..

Kill them.. All of them.. Show no mercy..

With half our starters out we will be showing some mercy in the beginning of the season I think.

Even with half our starters out, I think we'll clean most team's clocks.
agreed. We still have lebron, a great set of bigs and guys who can hit shots. I just dont think you will see 120 point games from us

Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert will miss the next 12 to 14 weeks after undergoing surgery on his right wrist, the team announced Tuesday.

Shumpert will have surgery Wednesday to repair the Extensor Carpi Ulnaris sheath after being diagnosed with the injury on Monday. Cavs GM David Griffin told reporters Shumpert was injured last week when he hit his wrist on the rim.

The Cavaliers acquired Shumpert and J.R. Smith in a trade last season with theKnicks. Shumpert played 38 games for Cleveland and averaged 7.2 points and 3.8 rebounds off the bench.

Shumpert’s injury means the Cavs will be without three key players for the beginning of the season. Kyrie Irving (fractured kneecap) and Kevin Love(dislocated shoulder) are both injured, and head coach David Blatt told reporters Monday that there is no timetable for their return.
