People are afraid to say it, but the problem starts and ends with LeBron and Kyrie. The coach needs to figure out a way to make those two play well together. Miami had the same problems at times with LeBron and Wade in their first year together, and what Spo did was that he'd let them both dominate when one was on the court and the other sat on the bench. They were both selfless guys who knew how to win and eventually, Wade stepped down and handed the keys to LeBron as the primary playmaker of the team.
Both LeBron and Wade were smart enough to play off each other well and understood when to deferred to each other and when to made the right pass on point and in time, etc, and that's why that combo worked well enough that they won two titles together even though Wade couldn't shoot from the perimeter to save his life, but he had the right mindset as an unselfish player and knew what it would take for that combo in order for it to work. It will be a harder process with LeBron and Kyrie if Kyrie doesn't accept that his way isn't working and needs to step down a bit and let the big guy show him how to be a winner.
