LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I was saying before the series that the Cavs had only played 6 games in 23 days before the series, and that kind of rest usually means a very good leBron. Game 2 was simply insane. The way he took over in the 1st & 3rd. Then tonight.

After they picked him up in the 1st Q, I knew he would find other ways to impact the game. And he did, and he didn't quit shooting. I'm surprised he was as efficient as he was taking 37 shots. throw out the first and he was 14-28.

Kenny Roda- "LeBron can you compare tonight's game to game 5 in Detroit in 07'?"

That's a dumb question sir.

Natural reaction is: Show us the rings.
As if basketball was not a team sport.
All individual comparisons (e.g. "1-on-1 w/Jordan) are otherwise ridiculous and extremely tiresome.
But I can understand how the obsessed must preserve their compulsions, and
it is all in fun anyway, right?

All those guys ask the stupidest questions. I feel bad for the players. They just played a very emotional, taxing overtime game and they have to go sit and listen to these idiots ask them useless questions. The fact they don't just laugh and tell those fools to fuck themselves is a feat.

Some guys will go 0-10 in a game and it mentally takes them out of the next few games.

Some guys will go 0-10 to start the game and it takes them out of the rest of that game.

LeBron goes 0 for the first qtr, brushes it off his shoulder like a fly and then just dominates the rest of the game.

It's hard to think of other players who are asked to do so much and routinely deliver. What a player.

THere really ought to be some bar you have to reach to ask a loser coach/player a question. to subject them to some of the stuff they get after those losses is like asking someone to explain a Married with Children joke. Uh, um. well... REALLY?

Yeah, some of it is just shockingly bad. Often just a super vague thought like 'knowing you just fucked up and lost the game, would you do anything differently?' ...Um, yeah you fuckwad, how'd you get this job?

when the guy had the GALL to wonder if the one question every numbskull reporter knows to ask about has already been asked, then asks it almost word for word the way the guy who already asked it did.

"Yeah, I answered that." (that guy would be sleeping with the fishes mouth filled with pennies, if this was the Sopranos.)

Seriously, fuck everybody. Cleveland against the world!

It really is. The minute the Cavs became a superteam, the media began speculating how it would fall apart. They didn't do that with the Heat, and, as far as I remember, they bought into the idea that Dwight Howard would stay in L.A., because it's Valhalla!

Look... perception is a motherfucker. But if you can watch Delly's "controversial" plays, and tell me he's trying to injure dudes, you are 100% full of shit. He has one goal: the ball. That's all he's got. If he doesn't scramble on every play, he's out of the league. We've watched him for two whole years, and we know he's not dirty. Now we've got national media vultures telling us otherwise. Fuck 'em all.

Rick Bonell , one of the Charlotte Hornets beat writers from the Charlotte Observer was advancing the "Delly is dirty and how would LeBron feel if this happened to him.." narrative on twitter earlier tonight and I defended Delly and posted the vine of the play where Horford had a hold of Delly's arm and was pushing down, then went all Ric Flair on Delly's head and neck w/ his elbow. I asked him how this was Delly's fault, and why was Delly getting shit doing the same thing every coach begs his bench guys to do; fight for every ball and play balls-out every play.

His response was that he was "through talking about it" and wanted to enjoy his Memorial Day. Fair enough I say to myself, and backed off and didn't tweet to him anymore.....only to find out he continues to tweet the same nonsense to others who agree w/ him, giving them virtual high-fives the entire time.

This is a beat writer for an NBA team acting like a petulant child for God's sake! This is how ridiculous this narrative has been advanced by guys who should really know better but act like they are still in Junior High.

Unbelievable.

LeBron is easily one of the, if not the most, taken for granted stars in the history. He gives is it all night in, night out and fans will demand even more. A guy like him wouldn't even show up in a few generations like some kind of an anime hero trope shit. Recognize, appreciate, and respect bruhs.
