LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It's all about his efficiency. He wasn't efficient because he had to carry the load and got tired because of the injuries and overall it was just an adjustment being the first year together.

Next year with the familiarity, chemistry, experience, and being healthy, I expect his numbers to be much more efficient. Especially since Kyrie and Love should start to take over more of the scoring load and be a bigger focus on offense. He needs to be fresh for the playoffs.

As someone that's been watching LeBron forever, just like you guys, I'd say one on one is the ONLY area aside from three point shooting where he's not GOAT great.

I mean you guys watched him in the playoffs. A big part of one on one play at the NBA level is being able to hit jumpers...and he wasn't doing that at all. Couldn't hit straight on jumpers or fadeaways to save his life.

LeBron is at his best in transition or going towards the basket, in which case he has the option to pass or bully his way to the hoop. He's probably the GOAT at that combination of things.

Lebron should get credit in the GOAT conversation because of the machine like minutes he can play.

Im too lazy too look it up right now but I dont think anyone in the conversation has played as many minutes as him

@Bigboi7171 Do you think he's the greatest one on one player of all time?

Do you think he's the greatest jump shooter of all time?

Was his jumper good in the playoffs this year?

Surprised no one is talking about Lebron going to Vegas for Team USA.

I must admit, seeing LBJ play for a gold with Love and Irving would be incredible. I worry about the injury concern though. If anyone could prepare his body for that workload, it's James but the wear and tear would be worrisome.

Windhorst mentioned today that even though LeBron is going to the initial meeting, he might not make up his mind about playing until way down the road. Possibly even next summer.

I could maybe see it depending on whether we win the championship or not

Lebron’s already won two. I don’t see any point in him putting more wear and tear on his body at this point in his career.

Marketing globally would be the only reason for him but it would not be good for him

Do you think he's the greatest one on one player of all time?

You could make a case for this.

Though, the real question you're asking is "does LeBron have the best mid-range game of all time?" because technically speaking, Shaq/Wilt could be considered the best one-on-one players ever.

LeBron James Career at Olympics

Games 24 T-1st
Points 273 1st
Assists 88 1st
Rebounds 95 2nd

You can make a case that LeBron James is the most Accomplished Basketball Olympic's Player in United States History, If he goes at it again he will be unreachable.

I don't want him at the USA Basketball camp. His summer activities should consist of:

1) sleep/rest (he should be in bed by 9:30 PM every night)
2) work on jump shot (with Chris Jent, NOT DAMON JONES!)
3) work on jump shot some more
4) back massage and treatment
5) eat plenty of protein to get big for impending move to power forward

AND THAT'S IT!

You tell 'em, boss! Work is life! :chuckle:

LeBron is a machine. Every time he has gone to play with Team USA, he has come back even better as a player. It's never caused fatigue. If anything, it will help keep him in shape.

I'd love to see LeBron play in 2016. He's going to be what, 31 years old? Come on....you guys don't want to watch LeBron basically be Magic Johnson with possibly two other Cavaliers and the other 8-10 best players in the NBA to win another gold medal for Team USA?

I'd be disappointed if he didn't play one more Olympics.
