LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Okay I think we'll have to agree to disagree here because I don't think him being a 60% FT shooter or whatever in any way negates the fact that part of his game is being actively stifled.
I didn't say that...to repeat what I said above, I agree he deserves more calls.

Also you say "well he should just" like he's somehow being lazy or doing it on purpose. Its well established LeBron is one of if not the hardest working man in the league, and his FT % seems to be closely tied to his activity/fatigue level.
LeBron is beyond amazing and deserves all the praise in the world...but he needs to be a better free throw shooter. There's no excuse to be as poor as he is at the line, and I disagree that his ability there is inherently tied to his fatigue level.

Bron is averaging 35 minutes per game in wins and 40.3 in losses. The correlation is obvious, but one has to wonder if these extended minutes for Bron, in which he attempts to salvage games that have seemed a tough battle since the opening minute have actually contributed to the losses themselves.

Another interesting stat? He's averaging 30.7 points per game and 9.3 rebounds per game in losses and just 24.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in wins. It's clear that this Cleveland team is at its best (much like any team), when its star can rely on his team mates to win ball games. LeBron's numbers are through the roof in losses - but is this in due part to the rest of the team underperforming while he picks up the slack or LeBron-focused fourth quarters where he perhaps is asked to do a little too much? One suggest it to be the former, but a case can certainly be made either way.

Hey...hey...easy on the thug talk. Those guys just imposed their physicality :)

Haha. You are an awesome dude bro, but detested that Knicks side like anything.

Liked Ewing though but couldn't stand Oakley's sight. He is what you call a cuntfaggot!

One positive sign is LBJ shot 11/12 on the ft line and actually made 3 in a row at one point against the raps. Hopefully means he got that cleaned up going forward.

You could tell that LeBron was pissed off at some of the guys today. Tristan, Mo, Love and the likes. Seems as though he is going to keep pushing them to make effort plays. And I agree with him. If these guys (even without 4 key rotations players) put in effort, we can pretty much win every game.

Lebron played pretty crappy tonight so not sure this is best time to go off on others. Seemed really low energy out there. Didn't try hard to get good post position, passing was slightly off and didn't close out on shooters as well as he normally does

Personally seemed like the refs odd foul calls and the different personnel seemed to get to everyone. When Cunningham is your third best guard and Mo is just coming back frommonjury your going to run into trouble

Well, whatever the case about LeBron's attitude, this is a completely different LeBron than what we saw early last season. He's intense, motivated, and looks to have the bounce in his step back. I'll definitely take it.

In fact, I have no idea who that player was last season. It wasn't LeBron.

He was defending the perimeter by himself. Not a good look going forward.

People were complaining about Cunningham a lot, but he was fouled over and over and nothing. They pressured his ball handling a lot. He is a 4th string pg. Don't expect that much. His defense is about all we can ask.

I love that Cunningham is getting minutes

No need to overplay our important players in meaningless regular season minutes

Good job Blatt, play the scrub who won't play any big time minutes in money time aka postseason

Just so I remember correctly while Lebron is questioning his teammates mindset, HE is the one who checked himself out of a game and got a technical for it, right? Tooootally dialed in and focused.

I thought he looked a little stiff last night. I'm guessing his back didn't respond well to that fall Monday, but maybe its just me.

LeBron was +15 on court tonight. That's the highest +/- number he has ever had in a loss. His previous high was +12 in a loss to the Blazers in 2006.

Yes and now after last night's game his net ON/OFF is +34.3. Cavs are +15.8 per100 with him on the floor and -18.5 per100 with him off. Those are both the most extreme marks of his career; never has his team played this well with him on the floor, and never has his team played this bad with him off it. Furthermore, BBR's database for this goes back till 01, and no one's put up this kind of mark. Garnett/Lebron have all hit +20 Net before, in years where they were peaking/carrying at the same time (03/04/09), but no one's gone past 25. This is anomalous.

He really seemed tired last night, from the go, IMO. In the middle of the 1st quarter he was already breathing heavily. Didn't look as fresh as in other games, and this is fundamental for LeBron's productivity nowadays.

Should be rested tonight, don't care about the result. If he plays, I see another 40 + min night on another loss.

No game tonight bro.
