Here we go. This is a highlight of his freshman state championship game. I've never seen Lebron look so skinny. His build does look like Bronny's, but he's probably 6 5 here.

I remember when he lost in his junior year to a Cincinnati team (Roger Bacon) and I was living in Cincinnati at the time. The local radio station that covered the NBA just trashed him right until he started playing in the NBA. The main guy (Wayne “Box” Miller) went full Skip Baylee’s on him but quickly became a huge supporter once LeBron got going for the Cavaliers.

This is a full game from the semi-final of his sophomore year. This is what I was looking for. He's playing against a very good team, that's fundamentally sound and they have no chance. I've just watched the first few minutes of the game.
