There are a few things that seem like questionable choices by bioware imo but after 10 hours or so of gameplay I don't really have issues with it's structure/story so far...

10 hours deep. Game is so good, had some really emotional moments so far. Loving the writing and it really feels like it's an all out desperation war time against the reapers.

Multiplayer seems fun, played 2 matches, one against the geth, one against the reapers.

I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just say this: does anyone else agree with me that Mordin is hands down the best character in the Mass Effect universe? I felt that way after 2, I definitely feel that way after seeing him in 3.

I probably agree. Mordin is my favorite character in the series. Wrex is probably second. Illusive man is awesome. Liara got really interesting and even badass after she became the shadow broker. Saren was great in ME1. And of course everyone loves Garrus. Just some outstanding characters/atmosphere in the series.

I don't like the stripped down dialouge and character interactions in ME3 but the game is still a ton of fun and really absorbing. Mass Effect might be my favorite video game series.

Mordin died during my ME2 playthrough, and I refuse to replay it because I want my characters story to play out as is.

it would be great to know how your game differs because of it. He plays a pretty big role in the demos second mission
