New TV Series to watch

so better call saul is on netflix in england! they release the day after AMC. Really liked the first episode, although i cant help but be worried that constantly knowing where it will end up will need to be carefully managed by the writers. I'm sure Vince Gilligan is up to it

Yeah, that's the main issue with the first episode and a half (I wanted to see what happened after the cliff-hanger but then went to bed when it was resolved). You know Saul isn't going to die or be maimed, so there's not a whole lot of tension in the scenes where his life is threatened. It's a fun show, but I agree that's definitely going to be an issue.

Watched the first two episodes of Better Call Saul. I want to talk about it but I don't want to give any spoilers. It might need it's own thread too.
 
Is anyone having streaming issues with Hulu Plus this weekend? Can't watch a show without constant buffering despite several attempts in resetting wifi and router.
 
Did anybody else find House of Cards season 3 underwhelming?

I thought it was much more unrealistic than the first 2, and therefore didn't enjoy it quite as much as the first 2. But I still was dying to see the next episode each time one ended. Overall, I liked it. Can't wait for next season.

More unrealistic than season two? Holy shit it must be fucking crazy. :chuckle:
 
What bothered me the most was how over 2 seasons they established Frank, Claire and Remys character and make them do uncharacteristic things in this season.
 
Yeah, it wasn't insanely funny but wasn't a dud. It had me laughing a few times throughout the episode. I went into it thinking it wasn't going to be as funny as The Office, Brooklyn99, so it met my expectations. I will continue DVR'ing it until I lose interest.
 
Finished season 4 of Dexter last night. Crazy...

So...Six Feet Under, Rome, or Newsroom?
