He will call Golden State. He was part of the "We Believe" Warriors and he will want to try to win a title back there. Don't want Barnes anyway.
 
Banking on D-Will to guard Kevin Durant in the finals..
Something we never would have said two weeks ago. If he's truly just figured out to be that kind of player then great. Scary banking on it. Especially since Jefferson has been looking Shawn Marion esque lately.

C'mon dude, my eyes have just recently healed from watching Shawn Marion shoot the ball....Ooooh, the pain, the pain......:celb (14):
 
Cavs went after Barnes in 2010, after LeBron left.

He took less money to sign with the Lakers, viewed as a contender at the time. But he seemed open to the idea of coming here, at least. Might also mean he has a fan or two still in the front office.

So I could possibly see us going after Barnes. I'm not sure he will ever leave California, but he might decide to give it a shot for a only a few months in attempts to get a ring.

Sort of hard to see it without some other kind of move, however. We have more pressing needs than another wing player.
 
I'd love to have Barnes. But I wouldn't love to use our one roster spot on him. We need to move McRae.
 
I'm not really worried about ANYBODY guarding Durant in the Finals. I hope he takes 60 shots a game.

That means Klay and Curry aren't shooting the ball, it means Draymond isn't handling and it means Durant is probably iso-ing. And that means everyone is pissed at Durant.

Just throw bodies at him when LeBron isn't guarding him. If I'm Lue, I'd bait him into shooting as much as possible.

I'm really not either. I'm honestly more worried about him (and GSW as a whole) on the glass than anything.

Signed 2 SGs this summer actually...Arron Afflalo as well.

They have a log jam at the 2 guard spot...they have to move at least 2 of them.

Also, I have to ask...why do you keep calling him Heidl? Haha.

I have no idea but I can't stop. I think I spend so much energy trying to remember if the I or E comes first that I blow my mental wad by the time I get to the last two letters
 
So much for planning how to set-up against the Warriors and how we need wings.

What if we face Pelicans with Boogie and AD front-court in the NBA Finals! :chuckle::chuckle::chuckle:
