Palin Affair confirmed..

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Exactly, those are all capitalist ideas that cause countless numbers of blue collar jobs to be shipped out this country. They in turn is going to increase the number of people on poverty. Let's face it I go to school in Akron and some of the students in my class SHOULD NOT BE THERE. They're wasting government money and my time as well. They could however work in a factory making steel wire if they wanted, or cars, or any type of factory jobs that are all slowly but surely being outsourced to foreign countries. They're being outsourced for the sole reason that it's cheaper to make it elsewhere and just import it back to the U.S.

I don't argue that it would take a lot of time and thought to change how the laws work in accordance with trading and outsourcing, but unless something is done in 20 years there won't be ANY factory jobs in this country and we will entirely a service country and nothing else. That's going to make the poverty rate in this country grow substantially. The world IS globalizing, but this country could sustain itself if we still had the factory jobs. Companies outside the U.S. would not be able to sell there products at a lesser price then people who make their products here, with minimum wage employees, if there was not free trade.

A.) Toyota is a prime example of what I'm saying. Companies will eventually bring their factories over here. There is another company from Sweedan (furniture manufacturer) that recently moved their factory's over as well because it's cheaper just to make it here and cough up the wages.
B.) It creates jobs because other countries nations cost of living rises. Therefore they demand more of our products.
C.) People in foreign countries have proven to be more productive then your classmates at Akron.
D.) What do you mean they SHOULD NOT be there? They don't have the right to go to school?

In the long run we will be better off with outsourcing.

Compalin about E85 raising the price of Durem Wheat and I'll agree. However, outsourcing is effeciant.

Obama said it, not me.

Funny how you're completely mishandling his quote. It's called being a responsible adult. If I had a 16 year old, I wouldn't want her to be punished or burdened with a baby. And if Obama did have a 16 year old and she was pregnant, the campaign would be over. The republicans, much like yourself, would call him an irresponsible parent (which he would be). Yet the hick gets a free pass because she's a neocon. Country first. riiiiiiight...

You said he'd cover up a pregnancy with an abortion, not that he'd rather an abortion over a teenage mother. You put it in a vile way to make it seem like he's an awful person. And I want to know how you can talk about how his mother was 16 and he climbed his way this far and still claim he's not a great American.

You took a comment out of context to make a nasty abortion attack, when that isn't the subject at hand. I was talking about people's reaction to the pregnancy, not teenage pregnancy in general.

The amount of jobs Toyota has caused to be lost compared to the amount of jobs they've brought over here isn't even close, let's be honest about that.

Yes these kids in my class just flat out are not smart enough to go to school, it's not that they don't want to, it's the fact that they aren't smart enough. Not everyone is cut out for college, so what other options do these people have? Join the military? Good then they don't have a job when they get out of the military.

Until other countries increase there minimum wages(why would a 3rd world country do this?) making a product over there is always going to be cheaper and more cost effective for that said company. Globalization is fine for us interacting with European countries, Japan, and even China now because they all require a minimum wage to pay there employees which forces the cost of production to a minimum level and allows us to compete with jobs. Too bad there will always be nations in this world that get used for cheap labor, and that will never change, which makes Globalization flawed.

I did not say he would cover up the pregnancy, I just said that he would scrape out the baby before anyone knew about it. In 2002, as an Illinois legislator, Obama voted against the Induced Infant Liability Act, which would have protected babies that survived late-term abortions. Anyone that would vote against that is an aweful person.

He couldn't have climbed his way this far in any other country but America so I don't know how he and his wife can say that they are not proud of this country. This country made him what he is. If his mother would have scraped him out, how far would he have gotten? If he would have survived getting yanked out of her womb and the doctors left him in a room to die, how far would he have gotten?

I just hate it when debates are ruined by a common poster on these type of threads.
