Byron Scott on MVP race:- "I'm biased. I think Kobe should be in the conversation."

I think it's gonna end up being Harden. As much as I despise him, he's been fantastic, leading a roster of role players to the 2nd seed in the West while putting up nearly 28/7/6 on over 60% TS.

Curry has a good case though, being that his team will win 67-68 games.

And I think LBJ will finish third in voting. If not for our poor start to the season, he might have had the best chance of winning it.

The King already has 4 MVPs though. I'm sure he can afford to lend one. :chuckle: As long as he gets the Finals MVP...

Naa. Curry is winning it.

Think the way Harden plays and also more than anything the whoring of Harden as MvP by Daryl Morey will go against Harden. Morey's whoring of Harden as MvP has pissed some of the media members already. Also, Curry's performances against CP3 who is considered by many as the best pure PG in the game would ultimately be the deciding factor for him.

Curry is the best player on the team with the best record and there's nothing in his stats that really is a red flag. He's got a good off the court image i would say, which seems like it would be a good tiebreaker in his favor. Hes been healthy all year and consistent. You also have to consider that he's put up those numbers when OFTEN not playing the 4th quarters. His numbers probably look even better, therefore, if you look at averages in 36 mins vs per game averages.

Westbrook missed games and he just seems like a guy who is forced to dominate the team's offense to try and keep them in games. I could maybe see him winning if he played the whole year.

Harden is a strong case but I think since Golden State has a better record, Curry seems like a better choice.

LeBron has played great but I think his time missed hurts and Golden State has a better record. LeBron might be the "true" MVP but I think Curry's case is more bulletproof.
