Boston was zeroing in on O.J. Mayo, but he wanted more than the mid-level exception. Celtics couldn't afford Mayo so Jason Terry was Plan B.

the only reason people are at all interested in him is because of his name.
I am not surprised by the Hibbert offer. Portland doing a good job at refurbish that roster. With Hibbert, Aldrigdge, Mathews, they will compete. If they keep Batum, and replace Felton, they will be a force. Thier only remaining hole is at point. They are clearly letting Felton walk, and apparently are not interested in Flynn. I am wondering if they try to is a vet like Andre Miller, or if they are thinking Nolan Smith and Lillard is good enough? That team, with a decent playmaker guard, is going To make some noise in the West.
when someone is drafted in the top 3 and is a fringe starter in the league....that's way more than just a disappointment. a player drafted a bit later in the lottery, sure, that's a disappointment. but in the top 3??when I think of busts I think Ryan Leaf, Darko etc.. not OJ Mayo, I think disappointment sure but hardly bust
was talking about orange juice, actually!!You Americans and your obsession with mayonnaise !!! Get down and give me 50 !
