Potential destinations for Ramon Sessions

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Damn, if we could turn Sessions (+ other stuff, maybe the Sac 1st and fillers?) into Favor -- I'd be pretty happy.

Sessions and Andy for Favors and CJ Miles works in the trade machine... maybe picks going back and forth too. Questions is, can we do better than a young PF like Favors for Andy? I'm not so sure.

AV doesnt get traded unless it involves a viable center. If the deal doesnt include a quality center then there is no way the cavs would make the trade.

preferably a guy with 5+ years experience that has chemistry with irving. and average 3-5 offensive rebounds a game with a high basketball IQ on both ends of the floor. the cavs could use an older guy nearing his thirties. That would be ideal

Isn't it possible Favors could be our center? Just looking at predraft measurements he has very similar and in some cases better measurable than Dwight Howard did at the time. Not saying he's going to be the next Dwight but his physical attributes match up.

Now, grant it, I haven't watched the kid a ton and if his game is what I've read thus far -- him and TT may have issues on court together. Not really sure though...

Back to back losses for the Lakers

One to the Wizards other to the Pistons :chuckles:

And John Wall had a terrible game. Makes it even more embarrassing for LA.

I'm pretty sure that Sessions/Favors talk came from a question by a fan during a chat The Bullshit Whisperer had. There's no way in hell the Jazz give up Favors for Sessions. Favors is a 20 year old big man who was the 3rd pick in the draft last year and who was a key piece in the Deron Williams trade.

Next season would anyone trade Tristan Thompson for another team's backup PG? Didn't think so.

By next season, 98% of PGs in the league would be considered back-ups to Kyrie, so that is a very wide variety of point guards from Eric Snow level to possibly Deron Williams level.

The fact that the Lakers pulled the Odom deal and then refused the TWolves Beasley deal means they don't want to pay ANY additional salary.

I wonder if people would be able stomach Sessions for Luke Walton plus the Lakers first rounder. We would be taking on Walton 5.7 million deal for next year so that would eat up some capspace but it's only for a year. I think because the Lakers not only don't take any salay on but actually save some money they would seriously consider this type of deal but not something using Odom's trade exception

If we'd eat Walton's deal, we better squeeze 2 firsts out of them.

It wouldn't be unreasonable. I wonder if they would they give up both if we also eat McRoberts deal. That would really only leave them 3 bigs but I doubt they would let Fisher go in a cost saving move.

If they are willing to not give up both: The other thing is I'm pretty sure we can put a trade clause in there if we do eat Waltons' deal to get either the Dallas or LA pick whichever is the highest
