Potential destinations for Ramon Sessions

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
in the past late first round picks could be bought for 3 million, I am sure there will be some available this year as well.

How could the Cavs possibly feel bad about trading Jamison? Maybe I'll have to read between the lines....

So two months ago the front office actually thought this team had a chance of making the 8th seed. Now they realize they have the same team as last year plus one great rookie and one project rookie. Other than that, seems like trading Jamison wouldn't require much thought.

I think what was meant was that the Cavs didn't think they could move him a couple of months ago due to lack of interest. Considering his scoring as of late, I believe, some teams may have started to inquire what it would take to get him.

I would add Portland as a potential destination.

Because despite Dan Gilbert's willingness to spend, this is not monopoly money?

Was that a serious question?

$6.1 million to move up 10 spots in the first round is a bargain. If you want to build a contender, and you are willing to spend money, why would you not jump at the opportunity?

Just a little tidbit on trade rumors surrounding the cavs, not too much to say though.

Favors for Sessions would be really really really nice.

What level pg do they expect to get for Favors? I wonder if they would take Sessions and Casspi for him. I think Favors could play Center and that would be nice to have alongside Tristan. Damn rumors. Lol.

Favors was and is severely overrated. With that said he's better than every big we have.

But why in the fuck would they trade him for Sessions, especially considering they already have Devin Harris? This has to be a joke.

I'd trade sessions for favors in a minute.

The Jazz would not.

Sessions, Casspi, I would even throw in next years 2nd round pick just to sweeten up the offer a bit... We would have a great young core if we got Favors, and a young guy in the draft. Young core ---> Kyrie, Tristan, Gee, Favors, draft (Beal or Lamb?)

So on one hand, you think he is overrated, but on the other hand you don't know why they would part with him for Sessions bc they have Devin Harris...who sucks royal cock? Pick a side. And yes, Harris has been awful this year.

I still do not get why Utah went for Kanter when they already had 3 skilled PF/C's in Millsap, AJ, Favors.

Derrick Favors, the third overall pick in 2010, is on the trade block, according to The Bullshit Whisperer. The Jazz would like to acquire a point guard or small forward.

I am going to assume the Jazz are looking for a good PG (such as Rondo) or a good SF (which we don't have). I certainly can't see them giving up Favors for Ramon Sessions unless the Cavs add some serious sweetener(our draft pick) or take on a bad contract. Honestly none of the Jazz contracts are that horrible. Devin Harris is overpaid but expires in 2013.

Rondo for Favors makes total sense for both teams. Ainge should be all over that.

Utah is in a good position with Favors and Kanters. It allows them flexibility with big men.
Milsap and Al Jefferson contract run out after the 2012-13 season. Utah has team option for the 2013 seasons on Favors and Kanters contract.

This allows Utah to keep who they want and trade the ones they want, address team needs and gives the rookies 2 years to show their worth.

CJ Miles contract ends at the end of this season . If the Jazz dont intend to keep him . they could offer him up during the trade deadline this year.

This allows Utah to be competitive and make the moves to be a contender over the next two season.

Utah did well moving Deron Williams and have positioned themselves to make a jump that with williams they might not of had the felxibility to do.

So next year,Jefferson, Harris, Milsap, Raja bell will all be expirings.
Hayward, Favors, Kanter, and burks will all be in their last contract year before an option year.

This allows what should be a borderline playoff team the opportunity to make moves.

:chuckles: You sure Sessions & Casspi aren't enough to get it done?
