Re: Pryor

I'm not worried..I think he'll pick OSU and he's just visiting PSU for his dad.

If Michigan somehow gets him...he'll just take over for Henne and continue his 0-4 legacy.

Re: Pryor

Dude seems like a head case in the making, already driving a Vette' somebody gave him

Re: Pryor

PSU is trying to run the spread and I don't know why he'd go to a school that is just starting up a new offense with B+ talent anyways.

Michigan at least has a coach who knows what he's doing.

I heard Pryor's dad doesn't want him going to OSU. Why? I mean the non-OSU fan can take the obvious cracks against us, but why wouldn't you want your son to attend OHIO STATE University, under Jim Tressel, who cares about his players more than any other coach not named Pete Carrol.

Re: Pryor

What benefit does he have to goto OSU? They've only had one QB like him and they don't have big play WRs.

PSU atleast has a recent history with their last couple of QBs being in the spread and they have that big play WR.

Rich Rod and Michigan will be bringing that style to Ann Arbor that made WVU a big program again.

OSU should focus on getting a good drop back passer because that team is built on defense and time management with back backs and speed backs. There is no Holmes and Ginn for Smith anymore. They have possession WRs. I dont think it is a good fit for either person.

I think he should goto Penn State. I think he would do big things there.

Re: Pryor

Who did notre dame have that wasn't a "position" receiver. Jeff the shark is no better talent wise than Brian Robiskie, they both ran the same 40 time. That didn't keep Quinn from going to dame.

Hartline is nothing special but Ray Small is a deep threat, he ran a better 40 time than Jeff and Bryan.

Unless your saying that for the "system" he should not go to OSU I'm not catching what you are throwing.

Re: Pryor

What do Quinn and Pryor have in common? Nothing. Jeff was a first round WR, Im not sure where Robiskie is, but I know he is like 4-6 inches taller if Im not mistaken too.

Quinn is a drop back QB, something OSU should be looking for.

Pryor is like Vince Young.

What on earth are you talking about???

I'm calling bull on this one. He really cared about Clarrett didn't he?

Re: Pryor

The coaches care about the players as players, they dont give a crap about any of these guys or what they do (or lack there of) after they leave.

Position recievers. You said Pryor should not go to OSU because of the current recievers on the roster, so I made a comparison to what a highly rated high school quaterback in Brady Quinn.

Re: Pryor

This reminds me of Ronald Curry from about 10 years ago...

Why? :chuckles:

They have nothing to do with each other, it has nothing to do with Pryor being a highly rated recruit. Go read...

Re: Pryor

great call Pipster

Pryor is an interesting story but I am getting tired of it

Mac makes some decent points except OSU got Devior Posey who is a stud WR this year but in general what he says makes some sense

I do believe that Pryor needs an offense Like R-Rods or PSU's under Mike Robinson to be super successful
thats not to say he cant have that at OSU im juis saying he needs that offense to be a stud

I still think he ends up at OSU

Re: Pryor

You remind me of raunulaw.

Re: Pryor

Ok. Atleast I can read.

I agree George, I think he is going to be a Buckeye also.
