Who does OSU have return kicks??? A DB or something?

He only mentioned the returning kicks aspect, because it takes great athleticism to be able to do that...[ie you have to be fast, elusive, good top end speed]..which are all great bonuses to have in a QB.

Just highlighting the kids versatility thats all, I wouldn't be surprised to see him used as a variety of things...KR PR WR on gadget plays or something?
