What about Fist Full of Dollars, or A Few Dollars More? Also, A Mule for Sister Sarah is pretty good too.

I love the Eastwood westerns but I actually prefer some others overall.. Shane, Winchester 73, Hombre... All great movies.

How about Unforgiven? One of Eastwood's best movies in my humble opinion.

Those too..was just saying that one is my favorite Eastwood western.

Just came back from Guardians of the galaxy. might be the best marvel movie to date. Really great job bringing the characters to life telling the origins without being too clunky with the exposition and delivering a lot of laughs along the way.

Visually stunning and introduces the movie audience to a much wider marvel galaxy. Great casting all round but shout outs go to bautista and chris pratt. The voice work by bradley cooper and vin diesel is great as well.

Story wise they hold a lot back for the sequel, fingers crossed for secret invasion

A really recommend it

9.5/10

Shout out to Batista?! Does he actually act well in this?

Guardians of the galaxy was a fun movie. Special effects were fantastic. 8.5/10.

He was perfectly cast for the role.

I loved it too. The closest thing I have to a complaint is that maybe the movie moved a little too fast and didn't establish characters as well as it could have. But it's a minor complaint, and if your biggest complaint about a comic movie was that "it moved too quickly" then thats a good thing

if you like the concept, i'm assuming you've seen the 'before' trilogy? if not, do it.

Yes. Before Midnight was an amazing piece of work. I feel weird saying it, but I felt so much emotion while viewing that film.

Series as a whole, 9/10

I feel like we can't talk about westerns without bringing up Tombstone, my favorite. Such a great movie and a perfect cast. I need to watch it again sometime soon.

Ditto - To add more, this is more a comedy superhero movie that is more in line with the Avengers than a serious one - And it was as funny as it gets. This has to be the most entertaining in the Marvel series. I hope the future movies has a bigger role for Thanos - I feel like one of the oldest cosmic basass is being showcased in more of a guest role.

Treasure of the Sierra Madre or fuck off.

Great movie -- one of those movies everyone should really see. Although my favorite western is The Outlaw Josie Wales. Buttloads of great lines in that one.

Great older western is Red River, with John Wayne essentially playing a bad guy. His acting was also much better when he was playing the heel.

Agreed with this. Wasn't entirely sure what to expect going in, but it was thoroughly entertaining. Casting was solid all around. It wasn't the most deft storytelling, especially early on when they're just throwing a bunch of shit at you, but it comes together and is pretty fun from beginning to end. Kinda wish it went with an R rating to really help it reach it's potential, but hey, gotta make that money.
