Re: Rating Coach Scott
I consider Byron at least partially responsible for the complete lack of creativity when Kyrie's in the game.
Byron Scott is fine. Kyrie can't run an offense or at least doesn't care enough to try and run one. It's almost as if the bench is better then the starters. When the bench comes in and Livingston is running things, at least 4 or 5 of the guys on the floor touch the ball and the offense has a flow. When Kyrie is in the game, the ball stops and every play winds up being a Kyrie hero shot play. There is a noticeable difference in the way the offense is ran when Livingston, Walton, Speights, CJ, and Ellington are on the floor compared to Kyrie, Dion, TT, Gee, and Zeller. There is more way ball movement in the half court, not to mention the increased defensive intensity when the bench is in.
