Truth be told, the report is pretty vague. If Pettine lost his OC due to FO interference though, I doubt he'd be completely happy with the relationship.

Tension doesn't mean dysfunction, and while there are plenty of issues with this team, this very well may be less of a problem than some are making it out to be.
