So long, Kay Felder

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If you total summer league, training camp, preseason, and his barcade Hot Hoops sessions on weekends.... I still can't imagine this guy is shooting over 12.5%.

Felder is one of those guys who’s bad plays look really bad because he’s so small.

Like, we would be thrilled if he shot .454 for an entire season (which is what he shot tonight for the game), but it just felt like it was much worse because his misses seem easier to remember.

Either way though, can’t imagine he has much time left on the roster.

Can't imagine him getting that second two-way spot either. Unless Tavares gets scooped up by another team I suppose.

I defended Kay a lot last year. But he just doesn't seem to have it at this level of competition. He hasnt shown anything.

Cut Felder and somehow keep Tavares on a 2-way contract.

Kinda feel sorry for Kay. He played like it was his last game and his life were on the line.. I hope he succeeds elsewhere.

I don't feel bad for him at all. He's going to go over seas, make a shitload of money, and live one hell of a life.

I agree.

I do have a question regarding the two-way contract, you may be able to help me out.

If we have a player currently signed to a two-way contract, do we own his rights for the life of that deal? Or if an NBA team comes in with a roster spot and minimum deal (once our player is already singed to a two-way), can they pluck him away?

Yes, we own that players’ rights for the life of that deal. Another NBA team can’t pluck away anybody on a two-way contract.
