Summer of 2010

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A couple months ago I was thinking about the 2010 offseason. As much as I'd love a Bosh or Amare level player, I think dreaming for them is as hopeless (at this time anyway) as other teams dreaming about landing Lebron. However, I came up with the exact thoughts of a couple other people in here...two 2nd/3rd tier players instead. And as a matter of fact, I thought of Chandler and Battier to be exact.

Chandler / Varejao or Ilgauskas / Kaun or random small signing
Hickson / Jackson / '09 rookie
James / Miller
Battier / Gibson / '10 rookie
Williams / West / small signing

Throw in a couple draft picks in between, a player or two we land from trading either Wally this year or Big Ben next year (say we land someone like Mike Miller either this year or next for expirings - and I'm just using him as an example cuz he's a nice wing player), and a couple other smaller signings (whether they're past their prime but still decently productive veterans who want a title, or just random guys like Devin Brown or Eddie House). Definitely looks very nice to me. And I think it is pretty realistic to sign two players of the Chandler/Battier/Richardson/Redd type during that offseason.
