Francona should tell him to go get paid by a less intelligent franchise which will overvalue him, or stay here in his comfort zone for a reasonable offer.

That doesn't mean he wants to use a high percentage of the team's resources to retain him.

Something about the name Mark and those who can't catch. I don't know who's worse, Mark Trumbo or Mark Reynolds... Damn, I loved me some Mark Reynolds when he'd hit the hell out of that ball. What a waste.
