The Cavs vs Bulls Series

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I imagine Butler will be their primary guy guarding Lebron. That's going to slow his offensive efficiency down a lot.

I also like that we can give Gasol a lot of different looks with Moz, TT, and probably even a little KLove and Perk. Windy made mention that the Schmucks were selling out to stop Gasol. I think the Cavs have the players to make life hard for him without needing to completely sell out. Gasol will get his points, but the Cavs bigs will have their effect as well.

Speaking of.

Joakim Noah, C302-5

5boards 4 points

-23 plus minus.
Agree on all points.

Oh so they are going to completely cut the turnover game out when the pressure to score will be much, MUCH higher against an offensive powerhouse, but they will still shoot 51/61? Good to know.

Chicago doesn't have the pieces to beat the Cavaliers. The series will be 5 games.

it was supposed to be a joke (that's why i used ;)), i'm not a fan of mentioning those isolated stats that will mean nothing when it comes to our series against Chicago. how the Bulls look against these Bucks doesn't mean a whole lot to me, we don't exactly look like world beaters against a mediocre Boston team either but that won't mean shit when it comes to the Bulls series, as always it's all about matchups in the playoffs.

anyway back to this series: as i mentioned earlier Rose had another bad shooting performance today (coming off one day of rest) so that's gonna be interesting. in round 2 that's gonna be the case in all games i think. the Bucks winning today also means less rest for Rose so that's good.

So now will we be the first to bring out the broom?
At least in the east!

I'd love to get the extra rest leg up on these guys. This is a series where Love's 3 point shooting is going pull either Noah or Gasol out of the paint, and he might not get many points or looks, but just the threat is going to open things up. The Bulls are back at healthy finally and they're a totally different team than most of the regular season, even still, I think we win but in a physical back and forth series.

Seems as though Noah is hurt. He's playing like hot dog shit.

The extra games should help (ha).

Gibson took a hard fall, Derrick Knees, Neurotic cumming off a recent injury, Butler injured recently.......maybe the Bucks can steal one more in Chicago.

Freudian slip? I know we all enjoyed watching the Bulls lose but settle down. :chuckle:

Does tonight's result change the time table for Semis game 1....assuming Cavs close it out tomorrow and Bulls do the same Monday? Or is the money still on next Sunday at 3? (@ajz20)

I would believe that as long as both series were closed out on/by Thursday night then Sunday would still be the most likely start date for RD2.
